Fiery Food Festival – September 2009

I was commissioned by the organisers of the Brighton and Hove Food Festival to produce three pieces highlighting their Fiery Food Festival – a bi-annual event that takes place in central Brighton – a ten-minute piece giving an overall flavour* of the weekend-long event, you can see above; a piece covering the National Chilli Awards, an event that is looking for sponsorship in 2010 and the Chilli eating contest, where some brave souls eat their way through raw chilli peppers until, well until their bodies make them stop.
