What We Do
If you have enquiries about this DVD, please contact me using the onsite form.
What We Do is the latest project I have produced from inception through to production in the world of Kenpo 5.0.
I embedded myself with the international Kenpo 5.0 demonstration team that were showcasing Jeff Speakman’s Kenpo 5.0 at the 25th Martial Arts festival at Bercy in Paris in March 2010.
The intention of the shoot was to produce a definitive article regarding 5.0 as there would not be an opportunity again that would have major European and American practitioners – including Jeff Speakman himself – in one place for such a display.
The retail DVD that was produced is a feature piece with interviews with all the major players in the 5.0 world along with rehearsal and performance footage. It was an interesting shoot, very time critical. Eight interviews in forty-five minutes, and a running battle with aircon units, helicopters and Parisian traffic!
The tease here is designed as an online trail for the DVD and has been featured in website embeds worldwide. And I didn’t embed all of them, so I guess some people like what I do.
Why not get in touch and see what end-to-end solutions I can offer you too?
Stive Mogeot – Maximum Attack
In an ongoing arrangement with the Paul Leworthy Kenpo 5.0 school in Exeter, Devon, Windust Operations is producing promotional material for both retail and online release. The school has only recently opened and to support this embryonic business I offered my serviced to this budding company for a reduced rate. Something that could be arranged with you if circumstances are tight. Mail me to find out more.
As part of this ongoing promotional media work I am engaged with, I was asked to film a seminar in Kenpo 5.0 and other mixed martial arts techniques hosted by Stive Mogeot, the European exponent of Jeff Speakman’s Kenpo 5.0 system.
Filmed in standard definition using my standard Sony Z1-E, this was an interesting edit. Taking over three hours of material and cutting it into a rounded product for retail of just over an hour was a new area for me, however the feedback that I have received thus far shows that, again, Flat 10 can produce a product for any delivery format that is entertaining and gets more than the key points of its message across.
The production package that I offered the Leworthy school included the in programme graphics, the design of the DVD packaging and commissioning a talented musician colleague of mine to produce a bespoke score for the product.
An extract of the introduction can be seen above and design examples on the next page.
